I’M A Celeb’s Duncan Bannatyne used company cash to pay for his divorce, iTunes account and buy his daughter a £30,000 Audi, say court documents.

The ex-Dragons’ Den star is also accused of hiding money in a secret account abroad and paying money to his family from his leisure and hotel firm’s coffers.

The claims will be heard in a High Court case brought by his former CEO Nigel Armstrong, who is suing the businessman for £10million after being sacked for gross misconduct in September last year.


Papers obtained by The Sun show Duncan, 66, has hit back, claiming Mr Armstrong groped a female employee and stripped off to “flex” his muscles in front of another.

Mr Armstrong will also be accused of paying himself and his wife hundreds of thousands of pounds in extra salary and bonuses from Bannatyne Fitness Limited.

Scot Duncan will also claim Mr Armstrong, 44, bought paintings and two silver pheasants with company money to decorate his home.
