Luke Byran & Karen Fairchild’s Killer Debut Of ‘Home Alone Tonight’ At AMAs

This one’s for you, country music fans! Luke Bryan and Karen Fairchild, two of the biggest stars in the genre, came together for a totally epic duet at the American Music Awards Nov. 22. What better place to perform their song ‘Home Alone Tonight’ in public for the first time, right?!

Luke Bryan and Karen Fairchild, of the hit band Little Big Town, totally brought some country feels to the 2015 American Music Awards on Nov. 22! The singers teamed up for a performance of their duet, “Home Alone Tonight,” for the very first time in public, and it was beyond incredible.

The two stars looked totally amazing together onstage, with Karen totally slaying in a sequined black dress and thigh-high black boots. They began the song in a maze of mirrors, and as the song progressed they made their way down a small set of stairs to sing center stage.

We loved the chemistry between these gorgeous singers as they looked into one another’s eyes and belted out the words to the sure-to-be hit. SO obsessed! The hot new single was actually featured on Luke’s latest album, Kill The Lights, which dropped in August.

The decision for these two to team up was super smart, though  both of their careers are on such a roll right now. Both the 39-year-old and Karen’s band, Little Big Town, had huge nights at the CMA Awards earlier this month, with Luke winning Entertainer of the Year for the second year in a row, and LBT winning for Single of the Year, Song of the Year AND Vocal Group of the Year.

NO BIG DEAL! On top of that, Luke and Little Big Town have both been named as two of CMTs artists of the year, and with only five country acts making the cut, this is a pretty big deal! Country music is totally thriving right now, and these two are at the forefront of it — we can’t wait to see what’s going to come next. Oh…and we’ll obviously be rocking out to this song on repeat for several weeks straight now!
