Out-of-this-world pet Venus has become an internet sensation since her owner started sharing images. Even her eyes are different colours  one blue and the other green. 

Venus all dressed up

The cute moggy was found as a stray on a farm in North Carolina, US, in 2009. She is thought to be a chimera a creature composed of two lots of genetically distinct cells. 

Writing on her own Facebook page, where she has nearly a million fans, Venus reveals her favourite things include “finding comfortable places to sleep”.
