Sinoxolo Mafevuka's alleged killers back in court

The two men accused of raping and killing Khayelitsha teen Sinoxolo Mafevuka were expected to apply for bail in the township's magistrate's court on Thursday.
Mafevuka's half-naked body was found dumped in a communal toilet a few minutes' walk from the shack where she lived with her brother.
According to reports, some of her clothing had been stuffed into the cistern.
The two suspects, aged 21 and 26, were arrested two weeks after the 19-year-old's body was found.
She had been raped and killed.
The duo arrested for the incident are understood to be related.
The reward for information leading to the conviction of Mafevuka's killers reportedly stood at R100 000. It was unclear at this stage whether this played a part in the arrests.
Hundreds of people have joined a group on Facebook created to raise awareness about Mafevuka, and crime in general.
