The song is featured on the soundtrack of the popular film, Black Panther.
The suit is from artist Lina Iris Viktor, who has accused them of using her 24-karat gold, patterned series of paintings titled Constellations in their visuals for the cinematic song.
The artist posted a note on Facebook including the artwork in question and a note saying: “Feel reassured – I am seeking justice.”
