Police have urged motorists in Nairobi to avoid using the Eastern bypass from Cabanas to Ruai due to heavy traffic occasioned by the Administration Police pass out parade at Embakasi Training College.
In a notice issued Monday morning, the Nairobi Traffic Department asked motorists to avoid the bypass unless they are headed for the pass out parade.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to preside over the event where 3,984 Administration Police officers would graduate.
