The bizarre anti-smoking ad is not the first time IS has warned followers to ditch the habit.
A message alongside the health campaign warns: "Smoking killed millions". The promotion was launched by the terror group which is responsible for killing thousands each month across Syria and Iraq, and encouraging terror attacks across the world.

Islamic State has also forced hundreds of women into slavery, butchered dozens on camera and claimed responsibility for the Sharm el-Sheikh plane crash which killed 224 people as well as the Paris atrocities.

But despite the group's deadly track record, the bizarre anti-smoking ad is not the first time I.S. has warned followers to ditch the habit.
A campaign earlier this year - which showed a lighter burning a person's lungs - urged people in the caliphate not to smoke.
