HUGO LLORIS has told Spurs: I’ll play against West Ham tomorrow.

There were fears the French keeper would be too traumatised after being caught up in the Paris terror attacks. Lloris was in tears before France’s Wembley friendly with England on Tuesday, four days after their game with Germany was targeted by suicide bombers.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino said: “I didn’t need to ask him whether he wanted to because when he saw me, he said ‘I want to play’.”

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has admitted he might not pick Morgan Schneiderlin or Bastian Schweinsteiger for today’s lunchtime game at Watford. They were also playing in last Friday’s friendly at the Stade de France.

The two teams spent Friday night in the stadium following the city-wide attacks, which claimed 130 lives.
On Tuesday Schweinsteiger then went through the trauma of Germany’s game with Holland being cancelled 90 minutes before kick-off after a bomb scare. Van Gaal said: “What they have to tell me is private but we have communicated.”

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger faces a similar dilemma over Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny ahead of the match at West Brom.  Striker Giroud scored in the Germany game, while defender Koscielny was also seen crying during the French national anthem at Wembley.

Yohan Cabaye is expected to turn out for Crystal Palace at home to Sunderland on Monday. Manager Alan Pardew said: “Of course our players with French links were affected by the tragic events but I think they will all be okay to play.”
