This video of a botfly maggot being removed from a man's head is the grossest thing you'll see all day

This is the revolting moment a MAGGOT is removed from inside a man's head.
The botfly larvae burrowed its way inside the scalp of an American tourist while he was on holiday in Panama. 

In the shudder-inducing clip, the man - identified only as Simon - gets a mate with tweezers to remove the critter.

The footage opens with a close-up of a small hole in Simon's head - in which viewers can see the maggot moving.

A male mate filming the minor op is heard saying: "This is seriously insane,' says a friend watching the process.

"I don’t know how you would not feel it."
