CORD leader Raila Odinga has warned the Jubilee government against any attempts to rig the 2017 elections.

“We would like to assure you that we will not come back to tell you that votes have been stolen because that will not happen.” Speaking at the same event, CORD co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka said Kenyans will unite in 2017, like they did in 2002, and remove Jubilee from power.
“Kenyans from different parts of the country, including Rift Valley and Central regions, are tired of the increased cases of corruption in Jubilee government and are ready for a new government,” he said.
He also cautioned chiefs against withholding ID cards to prevent people from registering as voters saying nothing will stop CORD from ascending to power. “You have to arm yourself with IDs and voter’s card in order to be able to make a decision in the 2017,” said Raila Odinga during a public rally at Matuu Sub-County in Machakos County on Sunday.
